Commercial Insurance Underwriting Division and they are seeking to add a Wholesale Production Underwriter.
This person would be responsible for quoting and binding commercial risk. Must have an agency following and a start-up mentality.
Commercial Insurance Wholesale Production Underwriter $50-$90K Arkansas, Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with strong local leadership and establish a strong network of retail relationships throughout the region.
Job Tasks - Decrease value of policy when risk is substandard and specify applicable endorsements or apply rating to ensure safe profitable distribution of risks, using reference materials.

- Explain regulations, policies, or procedures.
- Review company records to determine amount of insurance in force on single risk or group of closely related risks.

- Examine documents to determine degree of risk from such factors as applicant financial standing and value and condition of property.
- Assess financial status of clients.
- Authorize reinsurance of policy when risk is high.
