About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its integrated health system. The successful candidate will be responsible for articulating and executing the strategic direction of the organization, working closely with the Board of Directors and the Enterprise Leadership Team. This role requires a seasoned healthcare executive with a minimum of 10 years of senior executive experience, preferably within a complex, integrated healthcare organization. Strong leadership skills in strategic planning, operations, and patient care and a deep understanding of managed care are essential. The CEO will also be expected to promote a positive relationship between the Board of Directors and executive leadership, ensure the organization meets its financial and operational goals, and be an effective ambassador in the community. A focus on health equity, high reliability in medical management, and a commitment to quality improvement are also key aspects of the role.
