We are seeking an experienced healthcare compliance leader to serve as Compliance Officer for our client, a dynamic healthcare organization based in Washington State. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a critical function and drive compliance strategy within a complex healthcare system. Qualified candidates must have prior experience in a compliance role within a healthcare system and meet all required qualifications.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing, administering, and overseeing a comprehensive compliance program in alignment with federal and state regulations, including guidance from the HHS Office of Inspector General and Department of Justice. This role serves as a key resource for compliance and ethics, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing compliance processes, tools, and training programs
• Conducting audits, monitoring activities, and internal investigations
• Advising leadership on compliance risks and remediation strategies
• Managing required reporting and interactions with local, state, and federal agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field required
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare compliance
• CHC certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
