We are looking for an experienced hair stylist to join our team.

Requirements include:

 High School diploma or equivalent and valid Texas cosmetology license

 Ability to perform basic computer skills

 Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

 Great attention to detail and accuracy

 Must exhibit a professional, neat, and clean appearance

 Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

 Strengths in multi-tasking and prioritizing

 Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Job Duties :

• Develop and maintain a consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients.
• Have a positive, respectful and friendly disposition with all clients and co-workers to sustain a pleasant work environment.
• Proactively attract and develop new clients via social media/advertising outlets, client referrals, word-of-mouth, etc.
• Perform initial client hair style consultation in order to determine what services the client needs.
• Provide services to clients such as shampooing, cutting, styling, hair extensions, coloring and highlighting, makeup, waxing and other services as client desires.
• Emphasize and explain product benefits and assist clients in the selection of retail products and/or services for his/her hair care needs.
• Maintain and adhere to safety standards and cleanliness expectations of the Salon and designated hair station and common areas according to TDLR regulations.
• Attends and participates in continuing education and training in order to follow new trends and techniques.

MUST be reliable and on time to work everyday. Tuesday through Friday arrive no later than 9:50 a.m. and be prepared to stay until 7:15 p.m. Saturdays arrive no later than 8:50 a.m. and be prepared to stay until 6:15 p.m. if needed.
