Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Marketing and Communications Manager role in Fort Mill . Our client is a respected industry leader known for its innovative products, strong market presence, and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a skilled marketing professional to lead communication strategies, enhance brand visibility, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage brand messaging across all platforms including digital, print, and internal channels.
Oversee creation of marketing materials, press releases, newsletters, product literature, and web content.
Lead digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
Coordinate public relations activities, including media outreach and event promotion.
Work with internal departments to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and conferences to boost brand awareness.
Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and market trends to inform decisions and optimize ROI.
Manage vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and timelines to ensure project success.
Support internal communications and employee engagement efforts through newsletters, intranet updates, and announcements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and content development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and content management systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
