We are seeking a talented recruiting professional who is energetic, people oriented and has a positive can-do attitude. MUST be bilingual English/Spanish and have previous recruiting agency experience to be considered.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter that is driven and passionate about what they do, to join a specialty skilled trades staffing agency team. Must have a good attendance record and be reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit and hire field employees in construction-related, automotive and manufacturing industries
• Build relationships with clients and process their requests
• Maintain personnel records
• Compile reports from database as assigned
• Review and update field employee records
• Communicate all relevant information to field employees and job applicants

​Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Minimum 2 years' verifiable experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online tools such as Google, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter
• Proficiency with a staffing industry ATS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
