Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to own and evolve the visual identity of a growing technology organization. This role is responsible for defining brand systems, guidelines, and design standards, and applying them across product, marketing, campaigns, launches, and executive communications. This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership over brand expression and design systems—not a production-only position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the visual identity, including typography, color, layout, imagery, and iconography
  • Build and scale comprehensive design systems, templates, and brand guidelines
  • Own major brand and product launches from a visual perspective
  • Translate complex and technical concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives
  • Design high-impact materials across campaigns, decks, product storytelling, and executive communications
  • Partner closely with senior creative leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Review and guide brand execution across teams and external partners
  • Present work to senior stakeholders with clarity and strong design rationale

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication
  • Proven experience building or evolving brand systems in high-growth environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing full identity systems and multi-channel execution
  • Expert-level typography, layout, and visual systems thinking
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
  • Strong production skills, including file organization, versioning, and handoff
  • Comfortable collaborating with executives and presenting work confidently
